Labelservice offers a host of label embellishments to enhance our high-definition print.
There is often a high degree of set up which adds to the cost of the labels, not to mention the tooling which, although normally one off costs, can be prohibitive if you are only looking for small runs.
Labelservice are proud that we can offer digitally printed embellishments. This brand new technology allows us to offer smaller runs of spot varnishes, foiled and embossed labels without the need for expensive plates and tooling.
Digital Spot Varnishing
Enables you to add a glossy area to your matt labels, or vice versa. Plateless printing means you can have have various areas of spot varnish with no MOQ. This can also include a high build varnish for a tactile 3D effect.
Digital Foiling
A range of metallic and holographic foils that can be added using plateless technology.
Digital Embossing
Again plateless technology allows us to add high end embossing to your labels, without the need for expensive screen plates.
Laser Die Cutting
There is no need to pay for cutters with our laser cutting presses. This is a really good option if you require several sizes of smaller labels that need to be an exact size.
Samples
The fact that there are no plates required means you can now have fully printed, die cut samples with foiling, spot varnishing or embossing. Perfect for product presentations, exhibitions or photo shoots.
Mosaic Printing
Brand new mosaic digital technology allows every single label in a print run to have their own unique pattern or design. Embellishments such as foiling and spot varnishing can also be unique to each label
